Gooding & Company has announced plans to auction a 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa prototype at this year's Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

Based on the 290MM, the 250 TR originally debuted at the Nürburgring 1000km race where it finished in 10th. It would eventually enter competition at the Venezuelan Grand Prix and 1000km race of Buenos Aires, before being restored to its current condition.

First revealed in New York earlier this year, Toyota USA has announced the market launch and pricing for the new 2012 Scion iQ.

Based on the global Toyota iQ, the Scion iQ comes with a 1.3 liter, four-cylinder unit delivering an output of 94 bhp (70 kW / 95 PS) and 89 lb-ft (121 Nm) of torque.

Brabus today unveiled new tuning programs for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and S-Class AMG models.

Brabus design updates include a revised styling package with a front lip spoiler, a rear diffuser and a trunk-mounted spoiler on both models. Brabus also offers a carbon fiber version which includes all the previously stated components in addition to a stainless-steel sport exhaust system with two different modes.

McLaren will be making some modifications to the MP4-12C in response to critiques in the automotive press that the car's 'fun factor' doesn't match its specs.

According to an Autocar report, the main changes will be to make the throttle response more exciting and give a "fruitier" sound to the exhaust. The changes will only apply, though, to the car's Track mode settings.
